Self harm doesn’t make anything better nor does it make you feel anything. Pain is not a better alternative. It seems to me that you just need a change of attitude towards life. I felt depressed for the latter part of 3 years and didn’t have any kind of a good attitude towards life but do you know what helped me through that? Not any friends or fam, nope. I didn’t like feeling depressed all the time. Instead of just sitting at home doing nothing and complaining about being depressed, I went out and changed my attitude towards life. I felt depressed for the latter part of 3 years and didn’t have any kind of a good attitude towards life but do you know what helped me through that? Not any friends or fam, nope. I didn’t like feeling depressed all the time. Instead of just sitting at home doing nothing and complaining about being depressed, I went out and changed my attitude towards life. Things didn’t get any better until I changed my own attitude and spent time around people that helped me along. I hope you are doing better now. And I’m not trying to be rude in this comment.
